Exporting to the USA 2011 Seminar
Exporting to the U.S.A.?
The export of food and beverages from Barbados to the United States continues to grow, and will likely do so for many years to come. However, developing a successful export strategy has become even more challenging over the past several years. Before carelessly shipping off that next container load, you need to be aware of a number of current and new regulations that can cause great harm to your company's finances and reputation.
This seminar is designed to enlighten you on FDA's new regulations and how to avoid the most common mistakes made by food and beverage exporters. Seminar topics will include:
|Overview of Current Regulations:||Requirements of the New FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA):|
Who Should Attend?
- Existing and potential exporters of food and beverages products to the US market
- Quality Control and R&D Managers who wish to broaden their knowledge base to include food labeling and food canning regulations
- Corporate food safety and security personnel wishing to understand the key components of the new FDA Food Safety Modernization Act and its implications
- Senior Management who wish to better understand the U.S. regulatory landscape
The seminar will be followed by 1:1 confidential meetings lasting 15 minutes each. These free meetings allow attendees to discuss their individual products and concerns face-to-face with the speaker. They are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
